ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days, except during holiday/high-traffic seasons, where it may take slightly longer. Please note that processing time is separate from transit times.

TRANSIT TIMES 

• Sarawak (Pos Laju): 1-3 Business Days
• Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah (Pos Laju): 3-5 Business Days
• Singapore (Janio Asia): 10-14 Business Days

THINGS TO NOTE: 

• Delivery times are subject to the respective shipping carriers.
• We are not liable for delayed or lost packages.
• Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• In cases of packages being returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the item, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
